Survived Hurricane Sandy. 

I spent some time on Pinterest, while hunkering down in the house.  Came across a recipe for pumpkin muffins that used only two ingredients: a yellow cake mix and a can of Libby's pumpkin.  Tonight I made them and they are yummy.
